摘要
云南文山铝业配套煤气工程采用灰熔聚流化床粉煤气化技术,从原料煤性质、核心设备的技术指标、气化工艺流程等方面,对该技术的应用情况进行了详细介绍,并就生产运行中出现的问题进行整改。通过采取以下措施:更换进料锁斗配置的圆顶阀为硬密封球阀、更换排渣系统的高温球阀为盘阀,洗涤工艺前增加高温布袋除尘器等,实现了项目的长周期稳定运行。实践表明,灰融聚流化床气化技术适合在燃料气行业推广应用。
Pulverized coal gasification process by ash agglomeration fluidized bed was used in the auxiliary coal gas engineering of Yunnan Wenshan Alumina Co.,Ltd. In the paper,from the analysis of raw coal properties,technical index of the core equipment and gasification process flow,the application of this technology was introduced in detail,and rectification was made to solve the problems found during production and operation. Through taking such measures as replacement of the dome valve on the feed lock hopper by the hard sealing ball valve,replacement of the high temperature ball valve in the slag discharge system by the disc valve,and adding high temperature bag-type dust collector before the washing process,long-term stable operation of the project was achieved. The industrial operation showed that the gasification technology by ash agglomeration fluidized bed was suitable for the promotion and application in the fuel gas industry.
