基于Aspen Plus模拟的主流煤制天然气甲烷化工艺比较与分析 被引量:1

摘要 以某煤制天然气项目技术参数为基础,通过Aspen Plus软件,搭建了三种煤制天然气甲烷化工艺简化模型,在相同原料气和初始工艺条件下,优化三种工艺的原料气分配比例、循环气分配比例等条件,同时计算规定温度段的反应热负荷。分析讨论了三种煤制天然气甲烷化工艺在温度调控、反应热利用、循环气压缩机能耗以及反应器尺寸等方面的差异。结果表明:三种模型工艺得到的产品气均能满足煤制合成天然气标准要求,副产指定高品位蒸汽在同一水平,且模型三在循环气压缩机能耗、温控手段及反应器设备加工方面,具有一定优势。 Based on the technical parameters of a coal gas project,the simplified model of 3 methanation processes was set up through the simulation by Aspen Plus. Under the same methanation process of feed gas and the same initial conditions,3 types of process were optimized,such as feed gas distribution ratio and recycling gas volume. Besides,the reaction heat load of the specified temperature period was calculated. The differences of 3 types of coal-to-SNG methanation technologies were analyzed and discussed in terms of temperature control,heat utilization,recycled gas compressor energy consumption and reactor size. The analysis results showed that the product of 3 types of processes could meet the requirements of coal-to-SNG standard respectively,and the by-produced specified high-grade steam was made at the same level. The third model had a certain advantage in the recycled gas compressor energy consumption,temperature control and reactor processing.
