配煤、助熔剂对毕节煤灰熔融特性温度的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 为提高毕节地区煤炭气化和燃烧的性能,研究了配煤和助熔剂对毕节煤灰熔融性温度的影响。在毕节地区织金煤、修文煤和金沙煤中,分别按一定比例添加CaO、Fe_2O_3两种助熔剂,并在织金煤中选用高灰熔融性温度的煤与低灰熔融性温度的煤相配,来测定添加助熔剂和配煤对煤灰熔融特性温度的影响。研究结果表明:CaO添加比例从3%到12%,煤样的灰熔融性温度先降低后增大;Fe_2O_3添加比例从5%到20%,煤样的灰熔融性温度始终呈下降趋势,Fe_2O_3助熔效果较好;低灰熔融性温度的煤与高灰熔融性温度的煤相配,能有效降低高灰熔融性温度煤的灰熔融性温度。 In order to improve the performance of Bijie coal gasification and combustion,the influence of coal blending and fluxing agent on ash fusion temperature of Bijie coal was studied. In the Zhijin coal,Xiuwen coal and Jinsha coal,2 kinds of fluxing agents such as CaO and Fe_2O_3 were added at certain proportion. And coal with high ash fusion temperature was chosen to blend with coal with low ash fusion temperature to determine the influence of adding fluxing agent and coal blending on coal ash fusion characteristics temperature of Bijie coal. The results showed that when the amount of CaO was increased from 3% to 12%,the ash fusion temperature of coal sample was reduced first,and then increased. When the addition of Fe_2O_3 was changed from 5% to 20%,the ash fusion temperature of coal sample was always reduced,showing that it had better fluxing effect. Coal with low ash fusion temperature blending coal with high ash fusion temperature could effectively reduce the ash fusion temperature of high ash fusion temperature coal.
