摘要 伊朗国家石化"北Yaran油田炼油装置"配套的PSA制氮装置,在运行过程中出现了消音器喷黑粉现象,为此从吸附器均压、设备部件、分子筛质量及装置操作等方面,进行了故障排查和原因分析,确定了装置操作不当和分子筛保存不当是造成分子筛粉化的主要原因。通过重设吸附器报警线,更换碳分子筛缓冲垫为椰垫,更换部分碳分子筛,安装露点仪等措施,消除了消音器喷黑粉现象,实现了PSA制氮装置的安全稳定运行。 In the PSA nitrogen plant,black powder dusting of silencer happened during operation in "North Yaran Oil Field Cluster Project" for Iran National Petrochemical. The troubleshooting and cause analysis were done from aspects of adsorber pressure equalizing,equipment parts,molecular sieve quality,and plant operation. The main causes of molecular sieve pulverization were improper operation of the plant and improper storage of molecular sieve. Through resetting the alarm line of adsorber,replacing the carbon molecular sieve cushion with coconut pad,changing part of carbon molecular sieve and installing the dew point instrument,black powder dusting phenomenon of silencer disappeared and PSA nitrogen plant was restored to normal operation after the transformation.
