城市能源互联网的商业模式探讨

Preliminary Exploration on Business Model of Urban Energy Internet

城市能源互联网建设是智慧能源系统建设的核心,也是我国能源结构转型和能源消费方式转变的关键。文章在对城市能源互联网的运行特性进行详细分析的基础上,从7个方面对城市能源互联网的功能进行分析定位,总结归纳当前各种能源的商业模式和现有的"互联网+"商业模式,并从物理层、信息层和服务层3个方面分析城市能源互联网潜在的商业模式,结合城市能源互联网中灵活性资源的分类,分析物理层、信息层和服务层灵活性资源对城市能源互联网潜在商业模式的影响,其理论分析对城市能源互联网商业模式的发展具有一定的借鉴意义。

Urban energy Internet（ UEI） is the core of intelligent energy system construction. It is also considered as the key to carry out the energy structure and consumption transition in China. Based on the detailed analysis of the operating characteristics of UEI,this paper firstly analyzes the basic functions of UEI from seven aspects,and summarizes the existing business models of different energies and Internet ＋. Then,this paper proposes the potential business models of UEI from the physical,information and service layers. Combined with the classification of flexible resources in UEI,the influence of flexible resources in physical,information and service layers on the potential business model of UEI are studied in detail.The theoretical analysis has certain reference significance to the development of UEI business model.
