摘要
目的采用心电门控多排螺旋计算机X成像术(ECG-MDCT)研究正常人群与心房颤动(简称房颤)人群肺静脉口径大小、肺静脉数目的变异,并分别分析其与房颤的关系。方法收集正常成人82例(正常组),阵发性房颤病人38例(房颤组),进行ECG-MDCT扫描,分别测量两组肺静脉口的长径、短径及面积值,统计变异肺静脉的发生率。结果房颤组左下肺静脉及右下肺静脉口径与正常组无明显差异,但左上肺静脉及右上肺静脉口径大于正常组;两组肺静脉总体变异率无显著性差异(31.6%vs 25.6%,P>0.05),但房颤组右肺中肺静脉(RMPV)的变异率高于正常组(26.3%vs 11.0%,P<0.05)。结论房颤病人左右上肺静脉口径、RMPV的变异率均显著大于正常人。
Objective To investigate the size of the pulmonary venous ostia and the number of pulmonary veins in normal people and patients with atrial fibrillation(AF), and to analyze the relationship with AF individually by using electrocardiography-multi-detector row computed tomography(ECG-MDCT). Methods Eighty-two cases of nor real aduhs(normal group) and thirty-eight patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(AF group) were collected. The ECG-MDCT was scanned and the long diameter, short diameter and area of pulmonary veins in the two groups were measured respectively. The incidence of pulmonary vein variation was statistically analyzed. Result The caliber of left inferior pulmonary vein and right inferior pulmonary vein in the AF group had no significant difference with those in normal group, but the caliber of left superior pulmonary vein and right superior pulmonary vein were bigger than those of the normal group. The overall mutation rate of the pulmonary veins had no significant difference in the normal group and the AF group(25.6% vs 31.6% ,P〉0.05), but the mutation rate of right middle pulmonary vein(RMPV) in the AF group was higher than the normal group(26.3% vs 11.0 % ,P〈0.05). Conclusion The caliber of left superior pulmonary vein and right superior pulmonary vein and the mutation rate of RMPV in the AF patients were higher than in the general population.
