Progress on the research of the low back pain animal model

摘要 在世界范围内,腰痛(low back pain)都十分常见[1],部分研究指出,高达60%~90%的成年人在一生之中经历过腰痛的困扰[2-3]。然而目前对于腰痛的发病机制,仍然存有诸多不明之处[4]。目前已知有多种因素参加这一病理变化,包括椎间盘退变、椎间关节损伤、肌肉筋膜炎症等[5-7]。病理动物模型的制备对于认识疾病的发病机制和自然病程具有十分重要的作用,然而疼痛动物模型的制备也存在很多挑战。 Low back pain is a ubiquitous encountered problem all over the world.60%-90%of the population will face this problem.However,its mechanism remains unclear.Multiple physiological and psychological factors are associated with the pathology,including intervertebral disc degeneration,facet joint injury,muscle fascia inflammation,etc.Animal model is significant in the study of the etiology.It is important to explore the pathogenesis by analyzing pain in animal models.
