摘要 "成果导向+行动学习"教育理念下的课堂,学生自主合作探究学习,参与度高,课堂活跃有秩序。要提高课堂管理效率应做到:教师要"放权"、"放手",当好学生的铺路石;引导监督学生自我管理;创设和谐互动的课堂情境,学生成为课堂主人;提供精准的学习资源,引导帮助学习。 In classroom under "achievement oriented + action learning " education concept,students carry out autonomous cooperative inquiry learning,with high participation. The classroom is active and orderly. To improve the efficiency of classroom management,teachers should"decentralize",and be the paving stones of students well; guide the supervision of students' self-management; create harmonious interactive classroom situation,to enable students to become the classroom master; provide accurate learning resources,and guide the help learning.
