In classroom under ＂achievement oriented ＋ action learning ＂ education concept,students carry out autonomous cooperative inquiry learning,with high participation. The classroom is active and orderly. To improve the efficiency of classroom management,teachers should＂decentralize＂,and be the paving stones of students well; guide the supervision of students＇ self-management; create harmonious interactive classroom situation,to enable students to become the classroom master; provide accurate learning resources,and guide the help learning.
