离子型稀土浸矿过程矿样力学特性演化规律 被引量:4

摘要 通过对重塑稀土试样核磁共振成像和三轴强度测试试验,分析了3%(NH_4)_2SO_4溶液浸矿对重塑稀土试样的黏聚力和内摩擦角的影响。试验结果表明:用3%(NH_4)_2SO_4溶液做浸矿液时,其有效浸矿时间为3 h,而纯水浸矿不存在有效浸矿时间。在3%(NH_4)_2SO_4溶液的有效浸矿时间内,试样的黏聚力出现下降的趋势,下降幅度为79.5%。在3~6 h间继续浸矿,黏聚力又出现小幅度的增加,而试样的内摩擦角一直减小,减小幅度为54.5%。从核磁共振图像可以看出,在有效浸矿时间内,试样的核磁共振图像会出现一条"黑影",随着浸矿时间的继续,"黑影"会从试样的上部移动到底部。由此推断"黑影"为化学置换反应发生的区域。 The effects of 3%(NH4)2SO4 solution leaching on the cohesion and internal friction angle of remolded rare earth samples were analyzed by means of nuclear magnetic resonance imaging and three axis strength test of remolded rare earth samples.The test results show that the effective leaching time is 3 h when the solution is dipped in 3%(NH4)2SO4,while the pure water leaching has no effective leaching time.In the effective leaching time of 3%(NH4)2SO4 solution,the cohesive force of the sample was decreased by 79.5%.When leaching time ranging from 3 h to 6 h,the cohesion was slightly increased,while the internal friction angle of the sample was reduced by 54.5%.From the magnetic resonance images,it can be seen that in the effective leaching time,magnetic resonance image samples will appear in a " black shadow".With the leaching time extending," black shadow" will move from the upper to the bottom.It is inferred that the shadow is the region where the chemical replacement reaction takes place.
