摘要 为实现超级铁精矿原料的高效和准确筛选、减少重复试验造成的浪费、缩短开发周期,创新性地提出了根据原料工艺矿物学特性来判断其是否适合制备超级铁精矿的新思路。通过对国内6种典型的普通磁铁精矿的化学物相组成、磁铁矿连生体特征、磁铁矿结晶粒度的分析,结合超级铁精矿制备试验结果,确定了影响超级铁精矿质量的关键矿物学因素,揭示了原料矿物学基因特性与分选指标之间的内在联系,据此建立了基于工艺矿物学基因特性的超级铁精矿制备可行性评价体系,为超级铁精矿高效制备提供了技术支撑。 In order to realize efficient and accurate filtrating of raw materials of high purified iron concentrate,reduce the waste caused by repeated experiment and shorten development cycle,a new method of predicating whether the iron ore is suitable for producing high purified iron concentrate according to its mineralogical characteristics has been proposed.Six typical magnetite concentrate was collected,and their iron phase composition,characteristics of magnetite intergrowth and grain size of magnetite were analyzed.Combining with the experimental results of producing high purified iron concentrate,key factors of mineralogy that affect the quality of high purified iron concentrate were determined.The inner connection between genetic mineralogy characteristic of raw material and the separation index was revealed.An evaluation system for producing of high purified iron concentrate based on mineralogical genetic characteristics was established,which provided technical support for efficient preparation of high purified iron concentrate.
