摘要
为了研究地下铲运机FOPS的抗冲击性能,采用显式有限元法仿真模拟了FOPS受落锤冲击的试验过程。以某地下铲运机为例,首先建立了FOPS和落锤的有限元模型,确定了有限元模型的边界条件及加载方法,然后分析了FOPS受落锤冲击过程中的能量转换关系、冲击变形及应力分布情况。仿真结果表明:FOPS的抗冲击性能满足标准ISO 3449要求,并给出了FOPS的结构改进建议。
In order to research the impact resistance of LHD FOPS,the method of explicit finite element was applied to simulate the impact response of LHD FOPS to a drop hammer.Taking a LHD as a case,the finite element model of FOPS and the drop hammer was established,and the boundary conditions and loads of the model were determined.Then,the relationship of energy conversion,the impact deformation and the impact stress distribution when the FOPS was impacted by the hammer were analyzed.The simulation results show that the impact resistance of LHD FOPS meets requirement of the standard of ISO 3449.Then,some improvement suggestions for LHD FOPS were put forward.
