不同酸化奶对犊牛生长情况的影响 被引量:3

摘要 探索酸化奶最佳pH值与最佳外源蛋白质的添加量,二者对犊牛生长情况的影响。实验将60犊牛分为5组实验组,1组对照组,实验组喂酸化奶(pH梯度4.2,4.4,4.6,蛋白质梯度3%,5%,7%),对照组喂常乳,喂食流程均相同。结果表明:喂酸化奶的犊牛平均日增重都比对照组高,差异显著(P<0.05),犊牛的体高、体长、胸围、体重也均呈现上升趋势,差异显著(P<0.05);实验组犊牛的腹泻率比对照组的低;实验组犊牛对蛋白质的消化率也高于对照组。结论,喂酸化奶可加快犊牛的生长发育,降低腹泻率,p H值为4.4、蛋白质添加5%时配方最优。 The experiment is to explore the optimal pH of acidified milk and the best addition of exogenous protein, the two on the calf growth. In the experiment, 60 calves were divided into 5 experimental groups, 1 group control group, experimental group fed acidified milk (pH gradient 4.2,4.4,4.6, protein gradient 3%, 5%, 7%), the control group fed milk, the feeding process is the same. Itwas found that the aver- age daffy gain of calves fed acidified milk was higher than that of the control group, and the body height, body length, chest circumference and body weight of the calf were also increasing. The diarrhea rate of the calf was lower than that of the control group. Conclusion, feeding acidification milk can accelerate the growth and development of calves, reduce diarrhea rate.
