Since the launch of rural cultural halls＇ construction in 2013, building new rural cultural halls has been listed as one of the top 10 practical works for improving people＇s livelihood by Zhejiang provincial government every year. This year, the number of new cultural halls will increase from 1000 to 3000, three times greater than that of the past year. The construction of cultural halls has become the key carrier of rural cultural construction of Zhejiang and plays an important role in enriching cultural life of rural residents in Zhejiang.
