摘要 《学前教育机构质量评价系统》是美国高瞻教育研究基金会经过多年研究实践开发的项目质量评价工具。其内容设计严密、实施方案详尽、适用范围广泛,备受全球学前教育界的青睐和推崇。它对制定和改进我国幼儿园教育质量评价有以下几点启示:积极努力构建适宜的、标准化的评价体系;设计科学、合理、渐进式的评价指标;从多元视角拓展评价标准的实施途径和用途。 The Preschool Program Quality Assessment is a program quality assessment tool developed by the High/Scope Educational Research Foundation through years of research and practice. It is highly favored and recommended by the global early childhood education community because of its strict content design, detailed implementation plan and extensive application scope. It has the following implications for the development and improvement of education quality assessment in kindergartens: Firstly, we should strive to construct an appropriate and standardized assessment system; Secondly, design a scientific, reasonable and gradual assessment index; Thirdly, expand the implementation way and use of the assessment standard from multiple perspectives.
