摘要
美国近年来开始积极探索特殊教育教师转衔服务能力的培养,以提高残疾学生毕业后的就业及生活适应水平。具体举措主要包括:确定特殊教育教师转衔服务的能力标准;探索多方共育的多元化培养模式;建构基于转衔实践的课程内容。美国特殊教育教师转衔服务能力培养的实践可为反思我国特殊教育教师的培养提供有益的借鉴与启示。
Over the past few years, the U.S. has actively explored the development of special education teachers' transitional service to improve disabled persons' employment and life adaptability after their graduation. Specifically, the U.S. has taken measures as follows: Establishing the standards for special education teachers' transitional service; exploring multiagency and diversified training modes; and establishing the curriculum based on the practice of transitional service. The practice in the U. S, can offer a meaningful reference and implications for special education teachers in China.
