从资本体制变迁规律看新自由主义危机与世界经济秩序变革

Neo-liberal Crisis and the Transformation of the World Economic Order from the Perspective of the Law of Capital System Change

自20世纪80年代起,西方发达国家发生了从垄断资本积累体制到新自由主义全球化资本积累体制的重大变革,新体制使西方发达国家乃至全世界经济陷入严重衰退。文章认为,根据以马克思资本增殖法则为主导的资本主义体制变迁内在规律,资本增殖条件改善驱动的生产扩张和技术变革最终会导致资本增殖条件的恶化并引发资本主义经济危机。文章最后指出,危机后的世界经济秩序将给发展中国家带来新的机遇与挑战,中国将在这场变革中起到带头与示范的作用,引领世界经济新秩序的创新与发展。

Since the 1980s, the western developed countries have undergone major changes from the monopoly capital accumulation system to the neo-liberal globalization capital accumulation system. The new system has plunged the developed western countries and even the world economy into a serious recession. By combing Marx＇s theory of capital proliferation law, this paper analyzes and summarizes the inherent law of capitalist system change with its theory. On this basis, it explores the conditions for the proliferation of neo-liberalism, discusses the causes of the neo-liberal crisis from the root causes, and analyzes the feasibility and necessity of the reform of the post-crisis world economic order.
