Opening to the Outside World and Global Economic Governing Orientation in China

十九大报告提出,坚持和平发展道路,推动构建人类命运共同体。实践经验表明,我国经济要赶上和超过发达资本主义国家,必须坚持对外开放的基本国策,这需要建设好独立自主的国际化国内市场,同时拓展经济对外开放的新路。面对西方发达国家控制的国际经济旧秩序,应当把全面提高经济对外开放水平与反对经济霸权主义,创建国际经济"共商共建共享"的新秩序结合起来,在对外开放中应当坚持马克思主义政治经济学基本原理的指导、维护民族经济整体利益、明确国有经济是扩大对外开放的"领头羊",努力推进经济全球化趋向科学社会主义方向的人类命运共同体发展。

Practical experience shows that we must adhere to the basic state policy of opening to the outside world if we want to catch up with and surpass the developed capitalist countries, and we must be guided by Marxist political economy. In the face of imperialist countries＇ control of the old international economic order, we should comprehensively improve the level of economic opening to the outside world, and opposes hegemonism, and create a ＂discuss sharing＂ new international economic order. In this process, China should make contribution to China＇s plan for global economic governance,and make efforts to promote economic globalization toward the direction of the scientific socialism human fate community.
