当前我国新一轮港口资源整合正在加速推进,并呈现出显著的崭新特点。表现在推动港口资源整合的主体已上升至省级政府、引进战略投资者、资源跨省整合、整合模式不断创新,等等。在这个进程中,原来区域内港口间的竞争日益演变为区域间港口集团的竞争,市场结构正在被重新塑造,进而改变着各方的利益关系和市场地位。同时,资源整合后的港口集团"整而不合""大而不强"的问题依然存在。随着信息技术的发展和国内外市场需求环境的改变,新一轮港口资源的整合应做出灵活有效的适应性安排,不断探索经营新模式,推动港口产业转型升级,积极应对港口市场结构的动态变化,构建全面有效的港口物流系统,实现港口经济的可持续发展。

At present, the new round of port resources integration in our country is accelerating in the relevant areas, and showing a remarkable new characteristics. Such as the administrative subject of promoting the integration of port resources has been mostly raised to the level of provincial government, introducing strategic investors, the integration ot resources across provinces witn synchroilous development, integration mode innovation, and so on. However, the problems and challenges still exist. The competition among ports in the region has increasingly evolved into the competition of regional port groups, and the problems of ＂ whole and not＂ and ＂ big but weak＂ exist in the group. The new round of port resources integration is reshaping the market structure, changing the interests of the parties and market position. With the development of information technology and the change of domestic and international market demand environment, the new round of port resources integration must truly form the development force, explore new mode of port operation, promote the transformation and upgrading of port industry, actively respond to the dynamic changes of port market structure,and build a comprehensive and effective port logistics system to realize the sustainable development of port economy.
