摘要
采用氨基硅烷偶联剂KH550对伊利石原矿进行改性,研究了改性伊利石对某企业含铜废水的处理效果。结果表明:在50 mL Cu^(2+)质量浓度为194.65 mg/L的含铜废水中投加1.7 g的改性伊利石,Cu^(2+)去除率可达到99.5%,废水中剩余Cu^(2+)质量浓度为0.97 mg/L,达到《铜、钴、镍工业污染源排放标准》(GB 25467—2010)的铜排放标准要求。改性伊利石对Cu^(2+)的吸附过程以化学吸附为主。
Using amino-silane coupling agent KH550 for the modification of illite crude ore,the treatment effect of modified illite on the wastewater containing Cu2+ has been researched. The results show that the removing rate of Cu2+ can reach 99.5%,when 1.7 g of modified illite is added to 50 m L of wastewater containing Cu2+ whose mass concentration is 194.65 mg/L. The residual Cu2+ mass concentration is 0.97 mg/L,achieving the "Discharge Standard of Industrial Pollutants for Copper,Cobalt,Nickel"(GB 25467—2010). The adsorption process of Cu2+ by modified illite is mainly chemical adsorption.
