摘要
介绍了高浓度难生化金属表面处理废水的处理改造工程。该废水具有COD高、酸度高、重金属含量高、LAS浓度高的"四高"特征,废水中主要有机物为除油剂、缓蚀剂(苯并三氮唑)等,可生化性较差,处理难度大。在原工艺基础上,通过进行安装高温微孔活化微电解填料,提高水解池效能,增加MBR工艺等关键技术改造,处理出水稳定达到《水污染物排放限值》(DB 26/44—2001)的一级标准要求。经改造后工艺耐受水质冲击能力强。
The treatment modification project of highly concentrated and refractory biodegradability wastewater from metal surface treatment is introduced. The wastewater is characterized by "four highs"(high COD,high acidity,high heavy metal content and high concentration of LAS). The main organic substances in wastewater are degreasing agent,corrosion inhibitor(benzotriazole) and so on,which result in poor biodegradability and high difficulty to be treated. Based on the original technology,some key technological improvements are implemented,such as installing high temperature micro-porous activated micro electrolysis filler,improving the efficiency of hydrolysis tank,adding MBR process,etc. The treated effluent is stable,meeting the requirements,specified in the First Class standard of"Discharge Limits of Water Pollutants"(DB 26/44—2001). Furthermore,the modified technology has strong antiimpact capability for water quality.
