创业失败与后续绩效:一个研究综述

Entrepreneurial Failure and Follow-up Performance: A Research Review

总体上,创业失败研究还处于起步阶段,目前研究的重点在于失败后的行为,如失败学习、后续创业意向和表现等,但缺乏对创业失败到后续创业间的过程的系统分析和实证检验。同时,现有研究主要从创业失败经历和认知两方面对后续绩效进行分析和阐释,缺少完整的链条来阐明其作用机制和对影响因素的系统分析。整合过程论和认知论的相关研究结果,结合战略管理理论阐述创业失败对后续绩效的作用机制,或许能够为后续研究提供借鉴,但其合理性和可行性还需要进一步论证和检验。未来可从创业失败的概念界定和维度划分、创业失败学习、研究方法和量表开发、多学科融合的视角等方面进行深入研究。

In general,the research on entrepreneurial failure is still in its infancy. At present,the research focuses on the behaviors after failure such as failure learning,subsequent entrepreneurial intention and performance.But there are few systematic analysis and empirical test of the process between entrepreneurial failure and subsequent entrepreneurship. In the meantime,the existing researches mainly analyze and explain the follow-up performance from two aspects： the failure experience and cognition of entrepreneurship,which lacks a complete chain to clarify its mechanism of action and systematic analysis of the influencing factors. The research results of Integration process theory and cognitive theory combined with strategic management theory to explain the mechanism of entrepreneurial failure on the follow-up performance mechanism may be able to provide reference for follow-up research,but its rationality and feasibility need further proof and test. In the future,an in-depth study could be conducted from the definition of the concept of entrepreneurial failure,the division of dimensions,the learning of entrepreneurial failure,the development of research methods and scales,and the perspective of multidisciplinary integration.
