3个种群黑果枸杞叶片解剖结构的耐盐性分析 被引量:10

The salt-tolerance of three Lycium ruthenicum populations in relation to leaf anatomical structure

摘要 文中以分布于甘肃省永靖县(YJ)、临泽县(LZ)和敦煌市(DH)的3个地理种群黑果枸杞为研究对象,采用石蜡切片技术和光学显微观察法对其叶片解剖结构进行比较分析,用方差分析各参数间差异性,利用主成分分析法对3个地理种群黑果枸杞抗盐性进行比较。结果表明:黑果枸杞叶片厚度和角质层较厚,表皮细胞内有贮水组织,栅栏组织发达且为环栅型,海绵组织相对退化,主脉直径较大且有含晶细胞,支脉较多,是典型的贮盐植物。3个种群黑果枸杞叶片选取的12个解剖结构参数均具有显著或极显著的种群间差异,主成分分析表明,前3个主成分累计贡献率达到93.09%,可基本概括所选指标的主要信息;可选用叶片厚度、角质层厚度与栅栏组织厚度这3个参数作为黑果枸杞耐盐性评价指标;3个地理种群黑果枸杞抗盐能力由强到弱顺序为:临泽>敦煌>永靖。 Leaf anatomical structure of Lycium ruthenicum from different populations were studied in order to assess the salt tolerance of Lycium ruthenicum from 3 different geographic populations, Yongjing (YJ), Linze ( LZ), Dunhuang ( DH), respectively ; The leaf anatomical structure of L. ruthenicum were compared with par- affin section and optical microscopic observation. Besides, the difference of parameters was analyzed by ANOVAs and Principal component analysis. The results show that L. ruthenicum is a typical salt store plant and has typical salt - resistant structures, including the thick leaves and cuticle, the storage structure in epidermal cells, devel- oped palisade tissues with gate - all - around, degradation of spongy tissue, increased main vein diameter, and more branches. Furthermore, the 12 selective leaf anatomical structure diameters of L. ruthenicum from 3 different populations were significantly or evident significantly different. The results of principal component analysis showed that, the leaf thickness, the cuticle thickness and the thickness of palisade tissues could be used as the main indicators of the salt tolerance evaluation of L. ruthenicum. In brief, the relative salt tolerance of L. ruthenicum from 3 different geographic populations decrease in the order: LZ, DH and YJ.
