大中型水利水电工程建设征地补偿和移民安置是一项浩大的系统工程,且投资巨大,工作难度大。为规范、有序地完成好这项繁杂的工作,参与征地补偿和移民安置工作的各有关单位、组织和个人,都需要签订相关的协议、合同。由于不同阶段,不同主体签署的协议、合同数量众多,浅析如何认识征地移民过程中签署协议、合同的重要性,如何利用协议、合同的属性推动征地移民合法、合规的进行的重要性。

The construction land requisition compensation and resettlement of large and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower projects is huge system engineering with huge investment and difficult implementation. In order to complete this complicated work in a standardized and orderly manner, all relevant units, organizations and individuals involved in land requisition compensation and resettlement work need to sign relevant agreements and contracts. Because of the large number of agreements and contracts signed by different parties at different stages, how to understand the importance of signed agreements and contracts in the process of land acquisition and how to use the attributes of agreements and contracts to promote the legal implementation of land acquisition and resettlement are analyzed.
