摘要 为了揭示隔舌对离心泵内流场的压力脉动变化规律,采用商业软件ANSYS-cfx,对0.8Q、1.0Q和1.2Q的离心泵进行三维非定常数值模拟计算,分析在同一工况下不同位置监测点的压力脉动特性。结果表明:受到隔舌影响流道内各观察点的压力脉动出现非常显著的周期性,而且在0.8Q、1.0Q、1.2Q工况下的5个监测点主频都出现在1倍叶频处。随着观察点与隔舌周向距离变大,脉动幅度逐渐减小,这时脉动主要是叶片通过频率,高频脉动成分较少。 In order to study the effects of volute tongue on inner flow field of centrifugal pump, the three-dimensional and unsteady numerical simulations are carried out to analyze the variation regulation of pressure fluctuations in centrifugal pump at three different conditions of 0.8Q, 1.0Q and 1.2Q respectively by using ANSYS-efx, in which, five different monitor points are set to observe the characteristic of pressure fluctuations. The results show that the pressure fluctuations effected by volute tongue present significantly periodicity, and the dominant frequency of five monitor points under three different condition of 0.8Q, 1. 0Q and 1.2Q are all appear at one-time blade passing frequency. With the increasing of distance between monitor point and volute tongue circumferential direction, the amplitude of fluctuation is reduced, and at this time, the frequencies of fluctuation are mostly blade passing frequency and the high frequency is lesser.
