摘要 作为水电企业供应链管理的重要环节,供应商的选择是保障水电企业安全稳定运行的关键。为保证水电企业科学、合理地评价与选择电力供应商,首先,综合考虑质量效果、运输效率、服务效益3个方面,构建了电力物资供应商评价指标体系;其次,基于改进熵值法确定产品不合格率、货损货差率、准时运输率、交货期水平等7个评价指标的权值,建立了基于灰色关联TOPSIS法的电力供应商选择与评价模型,并实际应用于某水电企业的3家物资供应商分析中,验证了该方法的有效性,为水电企业更好地选择供应商提供依据。 Supplier selection is an important link in supply chain management of hydropower enterprises, which is the key to ensure the safe and stable operation of hydropower enterprises. In order to realize the scientific and rational evaluation and selection of electric power suppliers of hydropower enterprises, three aspects of product quality, transportation efficiency and service benefit are firstly taken into consideration to construct the evaluation index system of electric power supplier, then the weights of seven evaluation indexes, such as product failure rate, cargo loss rate, on-time transportation rate and delivery time level, are established based on improved entropy method, and finally the power supplier selection and evaluation model is established based on gray correlation TOPSIS method. A case study is made through the selection of material supplier for a hydropower enterprise from three material suppliers. The results of case study verify the effectiveness of proposed method and provide a basis for the better selection of suppliers in hydropower enterprises.
