摘要
引入计算实验方法,构建建设工程创新行为激发的计算实验模型,在计算机平台运用Net Logo工具进行转化与构建创新资源竞争与合作模型从而进行模拟仿真。研究发现,结合工程需求,给予适当的创新支持,设置一定的创新收益,告知合理的提升机会,如此能够有效激发个体创新行为,促进工程组织中更多的个体成员加入创新,个人发展方面的精神激励与奖金收入方面的物质激励同等重要,均能够激发个体创新行为。
Introduces the computational experiment method to establish the model of behavior stimulation in construction innovation through the NetLogo platform, which is the innovation resource competition and cooperation model. The results indicate that, according to the engineering need, the individual innovative behavior could be activated through the innova- tion support, resource income, and promotion opportunity to facilitate more individuals to join in construction innovation. Moreover, the spiritual motivation of the individual development and the material motivation of the income are also equally important, which could stimulate the individual innovative behavior in construction projects.
