摘要
通过介绍建筑信息模型（BIM）的相关概念和国内外BIM成熟度模型和发展路线的理论,探讨BIM应用发展的最终目标以及一体化项目交付（IPD）的内涵,并对于我国BIM应用现状和国内外IPD应用现状、阻碍因素和相关案例进行了综述和分析。在此基础上,对我国BIM和IPD应用研究中的不足之处进行探讨并提出改进建议,对如何推广IPD给出了建议。
The paper presented a comprehensive review of key concepts,maturity models and development route of Building Information Modelling（ BIM） at home and abroad,the ultimate goal of BIM application development and the connotation of integrated project delivery（ IPD） were also discussed. The state of practice of BIM in China was reviewed,followed by the analysis of two IPD cases in China and USA respectively. On this basis,the shortcomings of the research on BIM and IPD applications in China were discussed,and some suggestions on IPD promotion were put forward.
