摘要
施工阶段是实现建筑信息模型(BIM)技术应用价值的关键阶段,直接影响工程建设的进度、造价、质量与安全等项目管理目标。上海市胸科医院科教综合楼的施工难点包括施工场地狭小、深基坑施工、施工环境复杂、紧邻地铁、施工工期紧、施工精度要求高等诸多问题。引入BIM技术,采用Revit、Navisworks、Lumion等软件,进行施工场地规划模拟、地下工程施工方法模拟、桩基施工方案模拟、智能化停车库的施工模拟、钢结构连廊的施工模拟,并且应用TTek-PM云工程管控平台,解决了这些在闹市区工程施工中所可能遇到的难题,获得了良好的BIM应用效果,成为上海市BIM应用的标杆之一。
Construction stage is the key stage to realize the application value of building information model( BIM)technology,which will directly affect the project management objectives of project construction,such as construction progress,cost,quality and safety. The construction difficulties of Shanghai Chest Hospital Complex Building for Researching and Teaching include small construction site, deep foundation excavation construction, complex construction environment,close to the subway,short construction period and high construction precision. Based on BIM technology,the paper adopted the softwares such as Revit,Navisworks,Lumion and so on,to carry out construction site planning simulation, underground engineering construction method simulation, pile foundation construction scheme simulation,intelligent parking construction simulation,steel structure of the corridor construction simulation. TTek-PM cloud engineering control platform was used to solve the problems that could be encountered at the construction process of the downtown project,and obtained a good BIM application effect,which became one of the benchmark of BIM application in Shanghai.
