灌芯装配式混凝土双向板承载性能试验研究及有限元分析 被引量:1

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY AND FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS OF MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF GROUTED PREFABRICATED CONCRETE TWO-WAY SLAB

摘要 灌芯装配式混凝土板是一种新型装配式混凝土板,由预制横向空心混凝土条形板经装配施工一个受力整体。通过对两种钢筋直径的灌芯装配式混凝土双向板进行静力加载试验,试验结果表明:两试件的极限承载力高于理论计算的极限承载力,板底裂缝分布符合双向板特征;根据与GB 50010—2010《混凝土结构设计规范》(2015版)和其他相关研究得到的灌芯装配式混凝土双向板刚度计算式的计算结果与试验结果基本一致;应用ABAQUS 6.12对试件进行模拟计算,计算结果与试验结果吻合良好。 Grouted prefabricated concrete slab is a new type of prefabricated concrete slab,which is assembled by precast concrete strip slabs with lateral hollow-core. The static loading tests of grouted prefabricated concrete two-way slab with two different diameter steel bar were conducted. The results showed that the actual ultimate bearing capacity of two specimens were higher than computed theoretical ones,and the bottom slab cracks distribution met the characteristics of two-way slab. The measured stiffness values for the slab were in accord with the theoretical computing values by the code of GB 50010—2010( 2015 ed) and other researchers recommended formula. The element simulation analysis by ABAQUS 6. 12 was conducted,and the analysis results agreed well with the test results.
