珍稀濒危植物夏蜡梅光合特性研究

摘要 在人工栽植条件下,设置4个不同光照处理观测各处理夏蜡梅生长状况、光响应曲线以及光合色素含量等光合特征参数,分析夏蜡梅不同光照条件下的光合参数,以期为其合理栽植提供理论依据。结果表明,以T40处理的最大净光合速率、光饱和点、暗呼吸和叶面积最高,明显高于高光照CK和低光照T80组。中度遮阴(40%~60%)有利于夏蜡梅的生长,过高或过低的光照均不利于夏蜡梅的正常生长。 The growth, photosynthetic responses and photosynthetic pigment content of Sinocalycanthus chinensis under four light treatments were measured in order to provide evidence for the best plantation practices under artificial planting conditions. The T40 treatment(40% shading rate) had the largest net photosynthetic rate, higher light saturation point and dark respiration, that were significantly higher than that of the CK and T80 treatment groups(80% shading rate). Moderate amount of shades is favorable for the growth of S. chinensis. S. chinensis does not grow well under either too much or too little light, so it should be planted in a scattered forest.
