摘要 研究品种、温度、包装材料及采后处理对卫青萝卜贮藏品质的影响,结果表明:品种特性对卫青萝卜贮藏品质的影响很大,肉质质密、糖分含量高的品种耐贮性更好;低温能有效提高贮藏品质,延长贮藏时间;采用PE膜进行包装能调节包装内的气体和水分含量,有效提高贮藏品质;采收后削去生长点能起到提高贮藏品质的作用,但要根据实际情况进行操作。 In this paper, the effects of variety, temperature, packaging materials and postharvest treatment on preservation of Weiqing Radish were studied. It was found that the effect of variety characteristic on preservation of Weiqing Radish was remarkable. Varieties with high sarcocarp density and high sugar content had better storability. Low-temperature storage significantly improved the quality of storage and extended storage time. PE film effectively improved the quality of storage by adjusting the gas and water content within the package. Slashing the growing point of radish after harvest maintained its original quality, but it should be done combined with the actual situation.
