摘要
自噬是一种维持细胞代谢稳态的机制,与细胞多种内含物降解有着紧密的关系。脂噬作为一种选择性自噬进程,能够有效地识别并分解脂质。一方面脂噬能够调控脂滴代谢,防止脂质沉积;而另一方面某些病原微生物也能够利用脂噬为自身增殖提供必要条件。本文从自噬与脂质相互作用出发,探讨了脂噬对细胞脂质代谢的影响以及脂噬之于某些病原微生物感染的作用机制和意义。
Autophagy is a mechanism to maintain the homeostasis of cells, which is closely related to the degradation of many kinds of inclusions in cells. As a selective autophagy process, lipophagy can effectively recognize and break down lipids. For one thing, lipophagy can regulate lipid droplets metabolism and prevent lipid deposition; for another, lipophagy can also benefit the proliferation of some of pathogenic microorganisms. In this paper, we have described the details in three aspects, including the interaction between autophagy and lipid, the effects of lipophagy on lipid metabolism of cells, the conclusion and discussion that the mechanism of lipophagy in some pathogenic microorganisms infection.
