摘要 钢渣活性较低一直是制约其利用的关键问题.以石膏、水玻璃、氢氧化钠为激发剂,利用化学激发的方式增强钢渣的活性;分别加入以上材料,制成水泥胶砂试块.通过对比不同激发剂的活化指数,并利用XRD和SEM微观分析手段,探讨不同激发剂种类及其质量分数对钢渣水硬活性的影响及作用机理.研究结果表明:在钢渣-水泥凝胶体系中,石膏、水玻璃、氢氧化钠各自的最适宜质量分数分别为1%、0.5%、1%;石膏对提高钢渣水硬活性作用最为有效,养护3d时其活化指数达到110.88;通过XRD和SEM微观分析手段发现石膏作为激发剂时能加快钙矾石的形成速度,促使体系强度的发展. The lower activity of steel slag all along restricts its application.Taking gypsum,water-glass,and natrium hydroxide as activator,the activity of steel slag was enhanced via chemical activation,and then its cement mortar specimens were fabricated with gypsum,water glass,and NaOH as activators,respectively.By comparing the activity indexes of different activators and applying XRD and SEM analysis means,the effect of different variety of activators and their add-on on steel slag hydraulic activity and its mechanism were explored.It is shown by investigation result that the appropriate add-on of gypsum,water glass,and NaOH in steel slag-cement mortar system will be 1%,0.5%,and 1%,respectively,and the gypsum will be most effective for improvement of hydraulic hard activity of steel slag with activity index of 110.88 after 3-day curing.It will also be found by XRD and SEM analysis means that the gypsum as an activator can speed up the generation of AFt,promoting growth of system strength.
