中西医结合治疗原发性高血压眼底出血疗效观察

目的:观察中西医结合治疗原发性高血压眼底出血的临床疗效。方法:60例随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例。两组均用常规西药治疗,治疗组加用血府逐瘀汤加减治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组90.00%、对照组73.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗原发性高血压眼底出血较单用西药治疗疗效更好。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of combination of TCM and western medicine in treating primary hypertensive fundus hemorrhage. Method： 60 cases were evenly divided into control group and treatment group in random. Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine and the treatment group were treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction additionally. Result ： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90% while that of the cnntrol group was 73.33. There was statistical significance between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion ： Combination of TCM and western medicine is more effective in treating primary hypertensive fundus hemorrhage than simple use of western medicine.
