中西医结合治疗排卵障碍性不孕症临床研究

目的:观察中西医结合治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的临床疗效。方法:60例随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,两组均给予西医常规治疗,观察组加用中医辨证周期给药治疗。结果:总有效率对照组66.67%、观察组93.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)及血清卵泡雌激素(FSH)水平均较治疗前有显著改善,且观察组各指标水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗排卵障碍性不孕症可以有效提高激素水平,疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of combination of TCM and western inedicine in treating infertility caused hy ovulation inhibition. Method： 60 cases were randomly divided into control group （ n=30 ） and observation group （ n=30 ） . Both groups were given routine treatment of western medicine and the observation group were treated with administration according to cycle based on TCM syndrome differentiation. Result ： The total effective rate was 66.67% while that of the control group was 93.33%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . After treatment, the levels of the indexes of the estradiol （ E2 ） , progesterone （ P ） and serum follicle estrogen （ FSH ） of both groups improve（t significantly than that heiore treatment and the indexes of the observation group were significantly higher than thai in the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion ： Comhination of TCM and western medicine eouht effectively improve the level of hormone in treating infertility caused hy ovulation inhibition, with significant therapeutic effect.
