摘要
美国特朗普政府上台一年来,科技政策发生很大变化。本文总结了奥巴马政府科技政策特点,回顾一年来特朗普政府科技政策的主要变化,分析其背后变化的原因,对未来发展趋势做了预测。
Great changes have taken place since Trump administration set to work. The paper summarizes the characteristics of Obama administration＇ science and technology policy, reviews the past change of Trump adminis- tration＇ science and technology policy, analyzes the reason of the change and predicts some trends of the future development.
