国际化双元影响创新绩效的中介机制研究:知识整合视角 被引量:11

The Impact of International Ambidexterity on Firm's Innovation Performance:The Mediating Role of Formal and Informal Knowledge Integration

摘要 实施国际化发展战略已成为我国企业实现创新追赶的重要举措。然而,已有理论研究并没有合理诠释国际化影响创新的中介机制,实证研究对于国际化与创新的关系也没有得出一致结论。整合组织双元与国际化理论提出了国际化双元的概念,基于知识整合理论阐释了国际化双元对创新绩效的影响机制。结果发现,正式整合机制和非正式整合机制在国际化双元的平衡和联合维度与创新绩效之间均起到部分中介作用。 Implementing internationalization strategy has become an important strategic measure for firms to realize innovation catch-up. However, extant theory can not properly explain the mechanism of internationalization on in- novation performance, and empirical research has not realized consistent conclusion. This study integrates organiza- tional ambidexterity and international business theory to put forward the concept of international ambidexterity and examines how international ambidexterity can be beneficial to firm's innovation based on the knowledge inte- gration view. The results show that the balance and combined dimensions of international ambidexterity are both important in the innovation effort, their effect on innovation performance are channeled through each firm's formal and informal knowledge integration mechanism
