联盟组合中资源整合、双元合作与焦点企业绩效关系研究

An Empirical Study on the Relationship among Resources Integration in Alliance Portfolio,Ambidextrous Cooperation and Focal Firm Performance

已有研究表明联盟组合中资源整合积极影响企业绩效,但较少研究探讨联盟组合中资源整合影响企业绩效的中介传导机制。以陕西、四川、重庆地区256份企业问卷调查数据为研究对象,整合资源基础理论和双元理论,构建联盟组合中资源整合、双元合作以及焦点企业绩效之间的理论模型,以期打开联盟组合中资源整合作用于焦点企业绩效的黑箱。实证研究结果表明:(1)联盟组合中资源识取和资源配用显著积极影响开发式合作和探索式合作;(2)开发式合作和探索式合作显著积极影响焦点企业绩效;(3)开发式合作和探索式合作在联盟组合中资源识取与焦点企业绩效之间存在部分中介效应,而开发式合作和探索式合作在联盟组合中资源配用与焦点企业绩效之间存在完全中介效应。

The focal role of resources integration in alliance portfolio in performance improvement is widely recog- nized, but questions surrounding the processes through which resources integration in alliance portfolio leads to su- perior performance remain unanswered. Based on the survey data of 256 companies in the district of Shaanxi, Si- chuan and Chongqing, this paper explores the mediating effect of ambidextrous cooperation between resources inte- gration in alliance portfolio and focal firm performance by using the method of Structural Equation Model. The results of this paper show that： Firstly, there is a positive relationship between resources integration in alliance portfolio and focal firm performance. Secondly, co-exploitation and co-exploration have a positive effect on focal firm performance. Thirdly, there is a partly mediating effect of co-exploitation and co-exploration on the relation- ship between resources identification and acquisition in alliance portfolio and focal firm performance. There is a to- tally mediating effect of co-exploitation and co-exploration on the relationship between resources allocation and le- verage in alliance portfolio and focal firm performance
