目的：对蒙药巴特日-7进行基原考证、方解分析、综述临床应用,为该复方的进一步开发与利用提供科学依据。方法：采用文献研究与考证、文献综述方法。结果：巴特日-7方出自《手抄验方》,属传统验方。由草乌叶（草乌芽）,诃子各250 g,多叶棘豆、茜草、黑云香各100 g,银朱50 g和麝香0.5 g配伍组成,其余的处方都是在使用的过程中,根据临床应用变迁而来。具有杀粘、清热解毒功效,蒙医主治瘟疫、麻疹、痘疹、肠刺痛、胸刺痛、白喉塞等疾病。临床疗效确切,具有蒙古族药抗生素之称。结论：巴特日-7方出自《手抄验方》,属传统验方;对粘热、粘疫、肠刺痛等粘性疾病疗效显著,具有潜在的开发利用价值。

Objective： The research carries on a basic textual research on the prescriptionsource,prescription explanationand clinical application of Bateri-7,which will provide a scientific basis for further development and utilization of this compound.Method： The methods of literature research,textual research and literature reviews were adopted.Result： Bateri-7 stemmed from The Hand Copy,which was a traditional tested prescription.The prescription was composed of Caowu leaf or buds（250 g）,Hezi（250 g）,Duoye Jidou（100 g）,Qiancao（100 g）,Heiyunxiang（100 g）,Yinzhu（50 g） and Shexiang（0.5 g）.The rest of prescriptionschanged in the process of the clinical application of this compound.It has the functions of killing and curing the disease,treating the diseases such as pestilence,measles,acne rash and so on.Clinical efficacy of Bateri-7 was known as mongolian antibiotics.Conclusion： Bateri-7 comes from The Hand Copy,it is a traditional prescription.It has remarkable effect on the cure of viscous diseases,such as sticky heat,sticky disease,intestinal tingling and so on,it has the potential development and utilization value.
