Imperative supply-side reform of TCM

供给侧改革已成为引领各行业发展新常态的抓手。面对中医药对外贸易的下行压力大、研发创新能力不足、中医药产业形态"多、小、散"的特征、中药材金融属性明显等现实问题,中医药供给侧改革势在必行。中医药独特的文化与资源优势,以及近年取得的发展成果为其供给侧改革提供了良好基础。中医药诊疗模式的创新、服务与产品的相互渗透、中医中心在海外的引领作用、开拓创新性的跨界合作,以及完善标准建设与市场引导为中医药供给侧改革提供了可行举措。中医药供给侧改革的实现离不开"创新、文化、合作、自信"四大原则。

Supply-side reform has become a normal hand in all walks of life, as well as in the TCM industry. It is im- perative to reform the supply side of traditional Chinese medicine in the face of Chinese medicine trade downward pres- sure, lack of innovation, research and development of Chinese medicine industry form ＂small, scattered＂ characteristics, Chinese financial attributes and other practical problems. The unique advantage of culture and resource of TCM, as well as achievements in recent years provide a good foundation for the supply-side reform of TCM. Participation in grading therapy, mutual penetration of services and products, the leading role of TCM centers overseas, creative trans- boundary cooperation, and the consummation of standard construction and market guidance will provide feasible mea- sures for the reform of supply side of TCM. Implementation of supply-side reform of TCM is inseparable from the prin- ciple of innovation, culture, cooperation and confidence.
