柔道运动员技术实战课后超敏肌钙蛋白的变化及中药方剂的干预作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨柔道运动员冬训期技术实战课后超敏肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(hs-c TnⅠ)的变化以及中药方剂炙甘草汤的干预作用,为柔道运动员训练期间心脏机能的监控和干预提供方法和手段。方法:以24名省队一线柔道运动员为研究对象,采用双盲实验法,将受试对象在年龄、身高、体重均衡的原则下随机分为安慰剂组(A组)、1,6-二磷酸果糖组(B组)和炙甘草汤组(C组)。各组服用相应的药物4周,然后进行一次技术实战课,对所有运动员进行全程心率监控。训练课前、训练课后即刻、训练课后3小时、12小时、24小时分别抽取静脉血,测定hs-TnⅠ。结果:A、B、C三组间的TRIMP无显著性差异(P>0.05)。A组运动后即刻hs-c Tn I显著升高(P<0.05),运动后12小时继续升高,24小时降至正常水平。B组运动员运动后即刻显著升高(P<0.05),但升高幅度低于A组,但差异无显著性(P>0.05),运动后12小时降至正常水平,与A组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。C组运动员运动后即刻略升高,与运动前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),显著低于A组和B组的水平(P<0.05),运动后12小时降至运动前水平。结论:一次柔道技术实战课可以诱导运动员心肌肌钙蛋白释放增加,可用hs-Tn I进行心脏机能的训练监控。炙甘草汤可以有效保护运动员训练期间的心脏,优于常用心脏能量补剂1,6-二磷酸果糖。 Objective: To find the change of high-sensitivity cardiac troponin I after judo athletes' technique combat and effects of Chinese medicinal formulae Zhigancao decoction, we made a study to find more effective way to monitor and intervene judo athletes' cardiac function. Methods : 24 judo athletes of Shandong province were divided randomly into three groups. We made a little adjustment for balances of age, height and weight. Group A ( n = 8, male 4, female 4) was given placebo 4 weeks. Group B (n = 8, male 4, female 4) was given Fructose 1, 6 -diphosphate 4 weeks. Group C (n = 8, male 4, female 4) was given Zhigancao decoction 4 weeks. Then they conducted an actual combat. Bloods were got before the combat, immediately after the combat, 12 and 24 hours after- wards. Bloods were centrifuged to test hs-cTnI. Results: Group A, B, C (P〉0.05). Group A' s hs-cTnI increase There was no significant difference among significantly immediately after exercise (P 〈0.05), continue to rise 12 hours after exercise, down to normal levels 24 hours after exercise. A significant rise in group B immediately after exercise (P〈0.05), lower than group A's (P〉0.05), down to normal levels 12 hours after exercise. Group C' s hs-cTnI are slightly higher immediately af- ter exercise (P〉0.05), which is obviously lower than group A and B (P〈0.05), then down to nor- mal levels 12 hours after exercise. Conclusion : A judo actual combat class makes myocardial troponin release. Hs-TnI can be used to monitor cardiac function. Zhigancao decoction can better protect the athletes' heart than Fructose 1, 6-diphosphate, which is a common cardiac energy supplement
