摘要
目的研究辅助生殖的膳食中脂肪摄入量与辅助生殖参数之间的关系,为临床提供基线资料。方法通过前瞻性研究对221例不孕妇女进行观察分析,确定辅助生殖的治疗周期,测定脂肪的消耗量,食物的来源。检测卵母细胞数,中期的Ⅱ期卵母细胞数,受精率,胚胎质量及临床妊娠率。收集到的数据采用SPSS20.0软件进行t检验和相关性分析。当P值小于0.05时为由统计学意义。结果将干扰因素排除后,两组之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且通过相关性分析可发现,脂质的摄入量过高与卵母细胞数量及胚胎质量是相关的(P<0.05),且与卵母细胞数呈正相关,而与胚胎质量呈负相关的关系(P<0.01),但与MⅡ期细胞数,受孕率及临床受孕率之间是没有相关性的(>0.05)。通过食物来源分析发现MⅡ期细胞,受精率和临床受孕率都受到食用油的影响(P<0.05),皆呈负相关关系(r分别为-5.7,-20,-18)。其次香肠会减弱卵母细胞(r=1.1,P<0.05)MⅡ期细胞(r=-4.6,P<0.05)的发育,而多不饱和脂肪酸的摄入会对受精率,临床受孕率及胚胎质量产生影响,且皆为负面的影响(r分别为-63,-61,-0.24,P<0.01)。结论研究结果表明,脂肪的摄入量增加会使得卵母细胞数的复苏数量增加,但高脂肪摄入也是胚胎发育不良的一个因素。而在脂肪的来源中相比,植物油,香肠和肥肉等食物可能是对辅助生殖参数产生不利影响的因素。
Objective:To study the relationship between dietary fat intake and assisted reproduction in assisted reproductive parameters,and provide baseline data for clinic. Methods:In the prospective study of 221 infertile women were observed and analyzed to determine the assisted reproductive treatment period,consumption determination of fat and food sources. Detect the number of oocytes,the number of the mid stage oocyte fertilization rate,embryo quality and clinical pregnancy rate. The collected data were analyzed by t test and correlation analysis using SPSS20.0 software. When the P value is less than 0.05 for statistical significance. Results:The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P0.05),and the correlation analysis can be found that the excessive intake of lipid and number of oocytes and embryo quality is related(P0.05),and the relationship with number of oocytes and embryo quality is positively and negatively related(P0.0 1),but with the M II cell number between the pregnancy rate and clinical pregnancy rate is no correlation(P0.05). analysis showed that cells were in stage II through the food source,fertilization rate and clinical pregnancy rate were affected by the edible oil(P0.05),are negatively correlated(r=-5.7,-20-18). Secondly,sausage will weaken the oocytes(r=1.1,P0.05)M II cells(r=-4.6,P0.05)development,and polyunsaturated fatty acid intake will affect the fertilization rate,clinical pregnancy rate and embryo quality,and are negative(r=-63,-61.-0.24,P0.01). Conclusion:The results show that the fat intake will increase the number of oocyte recovery increased,but one factor is high fat intake dysontogenesis. And compared in the source of fat in vegetable oil,sausage and fat and other food may have adverse effects on assisted reproductive parameters because Plain.
