EB病毒感染儿童血淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞表达率的变化与临床意义

Changes and clinical significances of lymphocyte subsets and NK cell expression of children infected with EB virus

目的探讨EB病毒感染儿童血淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞表达率的变化与临床意义。方法选取我院2014年1月~2016年12月收治126例EB病毒感染患儿,将这些患儿作为EB病毒感染组,另选取我院同期接收的126例健康体检儿童为健康对照组,对两组儿童的血淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞表达率进行统计分析。结果 EB病毒感染组EBV-HLH患儿的CD_4^+表达率显著低于健康对照组(P<0.05);IM患儿的CD_8^+表达率显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05);EBV-HLH、IM患儿的CD_4^+/CD_8^+表达率均显著低于健康对照组(P<0.05);EBV-HLH患儿的总T细胞表达率显著低于健康对照组(P<0.05);EBV-HLH、CAEBV患儿的B细胞表达率均显著低于健康对照组(P<0.05);EBV-HLH、CA-EBV患儿的NK细胞表达率均显著低于健康对照组(P<0.05)。结论 EB病毒感染儿童血淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞表达率降低,能够将有效依据提供给临床判断患儿疾病发展的工作,值得临床充分重视。

Objective：To investigate the changes and clinical significances of lymphocyte subsets and NK cell expression of children infected with EB virus. Methods：126 cases of children with EB virus infection in our hospital in January 2014~December 2016 were selected,these patients were regarded as EB infection group,another 126 cases of healthy children received by our hospital during the same period were chosen as the control group. The blood lymphocyte subsets and NK cells expression rates of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results：The CD_4~＋ expression rate of EBV-HLH patients in the EB virus infection group was significantly lower（P0.05）;the CD_8~＋ expression rate of IM patients was significantly higher（P0.05）;the CD_4~＋/CD_8~＋expression rate of EBV-HLH,IM patients were significantly lower（P0.05）;the total T cells expression rate of EBV-HLH patients was significantly lower（P0.05）;the B expression rate of EBV-HLH,CA-EBV patients were significantly lower（P0.05）;the NK expression rate of EBV-HLH,CA-EBV patients were significantly lower than the healthy control group（P0.05）. Conclusion：The expression rates of lymphocyte subsets and NK cells of children infected with EB virus are decreased,which can provide effective basis for clinical diagnosis of disease development of children,so is worthy of the clinical′s full attention.
