摘要
目的评估地市级医院采用冰棉棒刺激联合低频电刺激对脑卒中后吞咽障碍的效果。方法收集我院2015年4月—2017年4月收治的84例脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者,分为研究组(n=42)和对照组(n=42)。对照组采纳冰棉棒刺激治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用低频电刺激联合治疗。比较2组治疗效果、吞咽功能、生活质量。结果研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,吞咽功能优于对照组,生活质量各项目评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冰棉棒刺激联合低频电刺激可有效提升脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者的吞咽功能,改善生活质量,值得借鉴。
Objective To evaluate the effect of using ice cotton swab to stimulate low-frequency electrical stimulation on post-stroke dysphagia in prefectural-level hospitals. Methods Eighty-four patients with post-stroke dysphagia who were admitted to our hospital from April 2015 to April 2017 were enrolled in the study group (n=42) and the control group(n=42 ).The control group was treated with ice cotton swab stimulation.The study group was based on the control group and received low frequency electrical stimulation combined treatment.Compare the therapeutic effect, swallowing function, quality of life.Results Compared with the control group, the study group was higher;compared with the control group, the study group was higher;compared with the control group, the study group was higher, with statistical difference (P〈0.05).Conclusion The combination of ice-cotton swab and low-frequency electrical stimulation can effectively improve the swallowing function and improve the quality of life in patients with swallowing disorders after stroke.
