精细化管理在预防住院老年患者护理不良事件中的作用探讨

Effect of meticulous management on nursing adverse events in hospitalized elderly patients

目的探析精细化管理预防住院老年患者护理不良事件的效果。方法选择2015年8月—2017年8月我院收治的300例老年住院患者为研究对象,其中2015年8月—2016年8月行常规管理为对照组(n=140),2016年9月—2017年8月运用精细化管理为观察组(n=160),比较分析2组管理效果。结果观察组的护理不良事件发生率低于对照组、患者满意度高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.01);观察组护理质量评分高于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论给予老年住院患者精细化管理,能够降低不良事件发生率,提高患者满意度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of meticulous management in the prevention of nursing adverse events in hospitalized elderly patients.Methods The August 2013 to August 2015 300 cases of elderly hospitalized patients in our hospital as the research object, the conventional management during the August 2015 to August 2016 as the control group （n=140）, and during the September 2016 to August 2017 by the fine management as the observation group （n=160）, a comparative analysis of the management effect of the two groups.Results Compared with control group, the observation group the incidence of nursing adverse events is low, the difference between groups was significant （P〈0.01）.Compared with the control group, the observation group of patients with a high degree of satisfaction, there was significant difference between groups （P〈O.01. At the same time, the two groups of nursing quality scores have statistical significance （P〈0.01）.Conclusion The fine management of hospitalized elderly patients can reduce the incidence of adverse events, improve patient satisfaction, it is worth promoting.
