摘要
随着社会经济的发展,全社会的用电量越来越大,这需要更大更坚强的电网来支撑。输电网的扩展规划是电网发展的决策性工作,关系到整个系统运行的灵活性和费用的经济性。然而,随着建设规模的扩大,输电网中迅速增大的短路电流水平严重地危及着电网的安全稳定。从经济性的角度建立了输电网扩展规划的优化模型,并在规划中考虑了线路的开断对网络阻抗的修正,更精确地计算了短路电流。选取Garver-6节点系统作为算例,基于遗传算法实现了扩展规划的程序流程,验证了优化模型的可行性,证明了在考虑网架结构对短路电流的适应性后,可以找到适应度更好、更经济的规划方案。
The power consumption grows with the social and economic development, so it needs a bigger and stronger power system. As a decision - making work, transmission expansion planning influences the operational flexibility and the cost of whole system. However, with the expansion of construction scale, the rapid increase of short- circuit current in transmission network endangers the security and stability of power grid. An optimization model of transmission expansion planning is established from the prospective of economy, which makes the calculation of short - circuit current more precisely by correcting network impedance. The Garver - 6 bus system is used as an example to verify the feasibility of optimization model, and it proves that a better and more economical planning scheme can be found after considering the adaptability of grid to short - circuit current.
