特殊儿童需求评估量表的汉化及在早产儿父母中的信效度检验

Evaluation of the reliability and validity of Chinese version Special Needs Kids Questionnaire (SpeNK-Q) in parents of preterm infants

目的汉化特殊儿童需求评估量表,并在接受延续性护理的早产儿父母中进行信效度检验。方法由专业人员对英文版特殊儿童需求评估量表进行翻译和回译,对424名早产儿父母进行问卷调查和信效度检验。结果问卷项目分析、内容效度检验均符合标准,未删除条目。结构效度分析首先采用探索性因子分析:共提取了5个公因子,累积方差贡献率为73.704%;验证性因子分析显示,方程拟合度χ~2/df为1.492,近似误差均方根0.047,组合信度为0.6904~0.8990。信度分析显示,5个维度和总表的Cronbach'sα系数范围0.797~0.916,折半系数为0.612~0.851,重测信度系数范围为0.769~0.962,均达到显著水平(P<0.01)。结论中文版特殊儿童需求评估量表具有良好的信效度,适用于评估中国早产儿延续性护理的评价。

Objective To translate the Special Needs Kids Questionnaire（ Spe NK-Q） into Chinese and to test the reliability and validity of this questionnaire in parents of preterm infants receiving continuity of care. Methods Spe NK-Q was translated into Chinese,which was back translated into English,and formed a Chinese version. Then 424 parents of preterm infants receiving continuity of care were enrolled to fill out the questionnaire. Results No item was deleted after item analysis,and the content validity index was satisfactory. Five common factors which explained a cumulative variation of 73. 704%,were extracted from exploratory factor analysis. The results of confirmatory factor analysis indicated that the model had a satisfactory goodness-of-fit（χ^2/df = 1. 492）,root mean square error of approximation（ RMSEA）was 0. 047,and composite reliability ranged from 0. 6904-0. 8990. Reliability analysis showed that Cronbach＇s α coefficients ranged from 0. 797 to 0. 916; split-half reliability ranged from 0. 612 to 0. 851; retest correlation coefficients ranged from 0. 769 to 0. 962（P〈0. 01 for all）. Conclusion The Chinese version of Spe NK-Q is reliable and valid,and can be used to measure the status of continuity of care of premature infants in China.
