摘要
目的汉化学生循证实践问卷(The Student Evidence-based Practice Questionnaire,S-EBPQ)并检验其中文版信效度。方法通过翻译-回译对S-EBPQ进行汉化,选择25名本科实习护生进行预试验,对问卷进行修改和文化调适后,方便抽取303名本科实习护生对中文版S-EBPQ进行信效度检验。结果中文版S-EBPQ有21个条目,Cronbach's α系数为0.937,折半信度为0.872,重测信度为0.821;主成分因子分析提取4个公因子(EBP频率、EBP态度、检索和审查证据的能力、分享和应用EBP的能力),累积方差贡献率为67.293%。结论中文版S-EBPQ具有良好的信效度,适用于中国文化背景下学生循证护理实践能力的评估。
Objective To test the validity and reliability of the Chinese version of Student Evidence-based Practice Questionnaire(S-EBPQ). Methods The S-EBPQ was translated into Chinese following the translation-retranslation procedure. A pilot study was conducted among 25 undergraduate nursing students for further revision and cultural modification. Then the Chinese version of S-EBPQ was administered to a Chinese sample of 303 undergraduate nursing students during clinical practicum for testing of reliability and validity. Results The Chinese version of S-EBPQ consisted of 21 items. The Cronbach's α coefficient was 0. 937. The split half coefficient and the tes-retest reliability were 0. 872 and 0. 821 respectively. Principal component factor analysis extracted 4 factors(practice,attitudes,retrieving and reviewing evidence,sharing and applying evidence),which explained 67. 293% of the total variance. Conclusion The Chinese version of S-EBPQ enjoys good reliability and validity,which is suitable for assessment of the evidence-based practice of students in China.
