摘要
目的探索特殊科室管理者对新入职护士专业理论与实践能力科室轮转的需求及建议,为进一步完善以需求为导向,以岗位胜任力为核心的新入职护士培训方案提供参考。方法采用质性研究的现象学研究方法,按照访谈提纲深度访谈13名护理管理者,以了解其对新入职护士专业理论与实践能力科室轮转的认知、意见与建议。结果提炼出3个主题:全院轮转的必要性,特殊科室轮转应特殊对待,国家二孩政策背景下产科、儿科新入职护士的规范化培训更加紧迫。结论特殊科室的新入职护士规范化培训科室轮转应结合专业需求,以临床岗位胜任力为核心个体化设置轮转方案。
Objective To explore the needs and suggestions of managers of special departments on theoretical knowledge and practical skill training during clinical rotation for newly recruited nurses, and to provide reference for development of need oriented, post- competency centered training. Methods Using phenomenological research methods, semi structured, in depth interviews were con- ducted on 13 managers to collect their perceptions, views and suggestions on clinical rotation for newly recruited nurses. Results Three themes were identified, including significance of clinical rotation, giving priority to special departments, and urgency of standardized training for obstetric and pediatric nurses under the national two-children policy. Conclusion Clinical rotation for newly recruited nurses working at special departments should be developed based on requirements of different specialties and core compe- tencies of different posts.
