在学校研究生教育发展十周年(2007-2017)之际,回顾反思学校的研究生教育对今后工作的发展具有重要意义。2006年1月20日学校获得硕士学位授予单位以来,研究生教育发展迅速,取得了学科平台突破、招生规模跨越式发展和培养质量不断提升等显著成效,但同时还存在着招生高质量生源偏少、部分专业培养质量尚存在差距、创新创业教育氛围不浓、到国内外兄弟院校交流访学机会不多等问题。未来学校研究生教育工作面临许多挑战和机遇,需以研究生为核心,要在完善学科平台、突出办学特色、培养优秀导师、吸引优质生源、提高培养质量以及国际化等方面进行更深入的改革。

on the 10 th anniversary of postgraduate education development（2007-2017）, it is of great significance to reflect on the development of future work.On January 20, 2006, some schools in the university were entitled to grant master＇s degree, since then postgraduate education has been developing rapidly. The university has achieved disciplinary platform breakthrough, leapfrog development scale of its enrollment and the training quality improvement. but at the same time, there have been fewer admissions of high quality students and still a gap in the quality of some professional training. The innovative entrepreneurship education atmosphere has not been strong, and there have been few opportunities for the exchange of visiting students at home and abroad.Future postgraduate students in our school education work face many challenges and opportunities. We should take postgraduate students as the core, perfect the disciplinary platform, highlight the school characteristics, cultivate good mentors, attract high quality students, and improve the cultivating quality. We should reform more deeply in the field of internationalization.
